Privacy Policy:

Xmorph-sports always respects privacy of our customers. To process your order it is necessary for us to collect your personal information as your name, address, phone number, email and financial information. It may also include any other personal or preference information you provide to us.
At no time will we share, sell or trade that information to a third party.

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our website. For example, we use "cookies" like many other websites. Through "cookies" we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our website. At no time are cookies ever used for any other purpose than this.

Order processing policy:

At Xmorph-sports we will always do our best to update our inventory and ship all ordered items within 48 hours of receiving an order.Unfortunatelly items do sell out. In case the item is not in stock we will notify you and give you an estimate of a shipping date.

Return policy:

If we ship you an item that was damaged during shipping or we shipped you a wrong item than you ordered, you must email us at within 3 business days from time of receiving the item with detailed description of damage and we will be glad to refund your money, give you a discount or exchange the item. We will be responsible for the shipping charges for you to send it back to us and for resending of a new item. If you ordered a wrong item or size and would like us to exchange the item you must do so within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for all existing shipping charges and for all future transactions. 15% restocking fee may apply. All items must be unused, snowboards unwaxed, bindings cannot be mounted on boards and you must have all the components included. All exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase with payment information. All returned items must be sent to us insured and in original package or we are not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping and item won’t be replaced and money won’t be refunded.

All items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Customer is responsible to inspect all items immediately upon receiving. In case the item was damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 3 business days so we could file a claim with the carrier. Returns made after 3 days of receiving a damaged item won’t be accepted.

Warranty will be voided in case of misuse, abuse or neglect and/or damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings.

Xmorph-sports is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages while using our products.
